  • Harare Metropolitan Area: 1-2 business days after processing
  • Other Urban Areas: 2-4 business days after processing
  • Rural Areas: 3-7 business days after processing

Shipping Methods

In-Store Pickup

Free pickup at any of our branches. Available within 24 hours for in-stock items.

Standard Delivery

Economical ground shipping. Delivery times vary by location.

Express Delivery

Priority shipping for urgent orders. Delivery within 24-48 hours in most areas.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries in the SADC region. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, uninstalled, with original packaging and tags)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase (some exceptions apply)

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including opened fluids (oil, coolant), electrical components with removed seals, and special order items.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  3. Include Documentation: Print and include the RA form with your return.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the item to the address provided in your RA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Store credit options are available if preferred
  • Partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in original condition

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for a different size or color if available. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the standard return process to return your original item
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. Once your return is processed, we'll refund the price difference if applicable
