You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return an Item

Receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions

Securely package the item in its original packaging if possible

Ship Back

Send the item to us using the provided shipping label

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

Non-Returnable Items

The Following Items Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Electrical components that have been installed
  • Fluids and lubricants (once opened)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Hydraulic components

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Full refund for items in original condition
  • Partial refund for items with minor damage or missing packaging
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we're happy to help. Exchange requests must also be made within 30 days of delivery.

If the new item costs more than the original, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
